Designer by background, operator by instinct and someone who believes the why always matters. As the President, Co-Founder and COO of CL Visual—and a partner in several other ventures—I’ve spent years building businesses with intention, integrity and care. I believe that success creates the chance to open doors—not just for myself, but for others ready to carve their own path. In the end, it’s not just about moving forward. It’s about taking the right steps to get there and achieving something you can truly stand behind.

is the Co-Founder and COO of CL Visual. In an industry where the tides have long been controlled by men, Leigh Ojeda isn’t just riding the waves—she’s making them.
As the “L” in CL Visual, she has been instrumental in shaping the company’s vision, culture, and growth. She co-founded the company with her business partner, Christopher DeFeo—the true “C” in CL Visual”—though those familiar with the brand know that their office companion, Coco, has also become a recognizable part of the company’s culture.

As the company continues to grow, CL Visual will be celebrating its 10-year milestone anniversary in 2025, a testament to Leigh’s leadership, vision, and dedication to excellence in the industry.
She is also a member of the COO Alliance, further strengthening her expertise in executive leadership and operational strategy. In addition, Leigh holds an OSHA 40 certification, demonstrating her commitment to workplace safety and compliance with industry standards.

Government & Enterprise Engagements
As part of our ongoing growth and diversification, Leigh and the CL Visual team have actively pursued and completed several complex government registration and enterprise-level initiatives.
Sam.gov Registration
Successfully registered on Sam.gov, the official U.S. government system for contract opportunities — a key milestone that allows CL Visual to bid for federal contracts and expand into public-sector partnerships.
GSE Process (In Progress)
Currently undergoing approval for GSE (Government-Sponsored Enterprise) work, further expanding the company’s capability to serve large-scale institutional clients with high compliance and performance standards.
These efforts represent CL Visual’s commitment to building trust, ensuring compliance, and positioning the company to deliver impact at scale.
Leigh was recently featured in the March issue of Wrap Fam Unleashed, where she shared insights on how CL Visual makes data-driven decisions rooted in core values, ensuring that business success goes beyond the numbers.
